Access Panel Set
why cant i access my email from yahoo messenger 9?
i installed messenger 9 and when i attempt to access email a default box appears stating cannot be found, create association from set associations in control panel. i'm a silver surfer so this means nothing to me. help
The system as been full of glitches due to upgrades in yahoo, see their blog for details.!!!
Suggest cures range from downloading new software such as Adobe Reader, Firefox, etc.!!

How do you set up a remote desktop conection to have a Media Center XP OS, to connect to a Vista Home Premium?
I've been able to do the vice versa, by on my the XP computer by going to the media center and setting up under general settings my remote desktop info, (where I put a password and enable the ability)
I then go to my Vista system and open up the remote access program and put in comp info, and then I'm in-- all of this works fine
I can't figure out though, how to get my XP, to connect to the vista. The Vista's media center, has a different design than the Xp's and I cannot find the option to set up remote desktop in the control panel there. I have checkbox enabled to enable remote desktop under system settings , but I can't find a place to input a password that would enable access to the computer.
I've heard rumors that Vista Home premium doesn't allow you to do that, but that doesn't make any sense for an upgrade to remove features.
Any answers are appreciated (:
to make it more simple to anwer: how do I set up my vista Premium to allow a Media Center XP to connect to it?
Try this Microsoft solution....(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=26F11F0C-0D18-4306-ABCF-D4F18C8F5DF9&displaylang=en) It's my understanding this software download will do the trick. Validation is required. Good Luck!!
