Airplane Fixed Seat

No matter how hard i try, i can't sit down with my legs closed. Any ideas on how i can fix this weird problem?
It might sound funny, but to me it's a daily annoyance.
Whenever i sit down, i can't sit down with my legs closed. That is, My left and right legs automatically go as far apart as possible (Imagine the shape of the letter V ) and whenever i try to close them back, all it does is hurt slightly and i have to strain until eventually i have to open my legs again.
I'm obese, so that's more then likely the cause since my legs are fat, but i'm not entirely sure thats the whole reason. For some reason i also walk with my feet rotated outward (I think a doctor once called it "duck feet") and this is also uncontrolable.
This may not sound like much, but try flying on an airplane, sitting in a movie theater seat, sitting on a crowded chair, etc, etc, It makes me look like i'm intentionally trying to hog the entire seat when i have no control over it, and i'm trying to figure out how to stop this.

It's not really that big of a deal. Ya it's because your obese, don't be ashamed I am too, but it isn't really a problem. If you really need to sit with your legs closed, try putting your leg over your other one.

Airplane insurance... What would be the insurance difference on a Single Engine(4 seat) Vs Single High Perf?
what would be the insurance difference between a single engine plane plane and a single engine High performance plane (FIXED GEAR) Ex: C172 vs C182 (lets say same year, same TT etc).? Is there a huge difference on the insurance between them?
Pilot has 200hrs total, No IFR.

There really wouldn't be a much of a difference in the price of insurance. For instance the insurance for my Citabria is approx. 1000 a year and the insurance for my Dad's 185 is 1100 per year. There is an obvious difference in the value of the two aircraft and similar in that both are tailwheel but they are about the same in cost for insurance per year. This however wouldn't hold true for say a C-172 and a C172RG or say something like a C-172 and a SR-20. Similar types in that they are all Tri geared but one having a difference in retract and the other having a difference in performance and accident rate. The other criteria is usually time in type of aircraft being insured.
