Few Aviation related Questions?
1) How is the N1/ N2 shaft supported in a jet engine and how are the shafts( inside each other) lubricated?
2)In Oleo gear how does the force absorbed by the oil get transfered to the air?
3)In a receprocating engine why do the spark plugs foul if you run them at ritch mixture for prolonged periods?
4) In jet engines does the temprature of the compressor section effect efficency?

1) How is the N1/ N2 shaft supported in a jet engine and how are the shafts( inside each other) lubricated?
Both shafts are supported by their respective main bearings which are mounted to the casing. The shafts themselves are not lubricated, the main bearings are.
2)In Oleo gear how does the force absorbed by the oil get transfered to the air?
It doesn't. The air, nitrogen usually, and oil sections, are separated by a diaphram. It's the give of the diapram into the air section compressing the air that the oil pushes against. The oil doesn't actually absorbe the force because it cannot be compressed, the air does that part.
3)In a receprocating engine why do the spark plugs foul if you run them at ritch mixture for prolonged periods?
Not enough combustion to burn the excess fuel so it forms an overheated gunk. Not sure what you call it but it looks like gunk.
4) In jet engines does the temprature of the compressor section effect efficency?
Hmmmm. Good question. Let me think. If you're asking if the temperature of the air inside the compressor section effects energy then yes it does. Air at higer temperatures is less dense than colder air so the compressor is beginning with more work to do. We don't measure the temperature of the compressor section itself nor the air in it. Nor do we have any control over that temperature other than when we turn on engine anti ice and bleed warm air into the front frame of the compressor, the fan hub and the nacelle lip. Of course that air itself is bled off one stage of the compressor which has been heated by the compressor. I know, weird sounding huh but that's the way it is.
