I need to know the name of this movie?

I saw this film a couple of years ago. Trouble is I only watched the last two thirds of the film so I don't know what it's called and I was wondering if anyone could help. It shouldn't be more than 10 years old. It was about a government trained team and they were sent to an island to take out this rogue agent. But he had set traps all over the island to kill them off one by one. One of the traps had the number of pi written all over the walls, another trap was a cigarette packet that was dispensed as an agent walked passed it so she picks it up, lights a cigarette but it is laced with a chemical that starts burning her mouth and ends up burning her throat out. It was a really good film and would like to watch it fully if possible. No major A list actors starred in it though. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thanks.

But filming does not go well (the budget eventually balloons to 200 million dollars) and the producer, James Edmunds (Ryan O'Neal), tampers with the final cut of the film. In a stunning example of art imitating life, director Arthur Hiller was supposedly unhappy with the interference of screenwriter and producer Joe Eszterhas on this project and chose to remove his name from the credits -- so An Alan Smithee Film carries the directorial credit of none other than Alan Smithee.
