Clark AViation Pilot

If a requirement for philippine airlines pilot is to be a college graduate would Omni flightschool be enough?
College graduate is a requirement for philippine airlines pilots but instead of an actual college or aviation college id like to study at Omni flight school in clark, pampanga, philippines. Can omni flight school replace or be good enough for this requirement?
perhaps if the school can provide you with a curriculum that is equal to being a college graduate while undertaking your flying lessons then i guess it is OK. PAL is explicit be a college graduate. It's just like you being a computer wizard but it doesn't says you're a college grad.

Brownout (Aviation) $78.07 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles In aviation, a brownout is an inflight visibility restriction due to dust or sand in the air. In a brownout, the pilot cannot see nearby objects which provide the outside visual references necessary to control the aircraft near the ground. This can cause spatial disorientation and loss of situational awareness leading to an accident. Pilots have compared landing during brownouts to parallel parking an automobile with your eyes closed. The brownout phenomenon causes accidents during helicopter landing and takeoff operations in arid desert terrain. Intense, blinding dust clouds stirred up by the helicopter rotor downwash during nearground flight causes significant flight safety risks from aircraft and ground obstacle collisions, and dynamic rollover due to sloped and uneven terrain. Brownouts have claimed more helicopters in recent military operations than all other threats combined. From Hayseed to Jet Pilot and Beyond $45.71 From Hayseed to Jet Pilot and Beyond was written after prompting from the authors children, relatives, and friends to write a book about his colorful life experiences. Initial tales recount life on a small Iowa farm in the 30s. Johnny relates how his life was forever changed by World War II with his aspirations of becoming a pilot fulfilled by entering the Army Air Corps Aviation Cadet program. After the War, he remained in the Air Force as a military pilot, flying over 20 types of planes. With humorous insight he recounts his adventures in many countries and describes his part in making history in the eras of World War II, the Berlin Airlift, NATO, and the Cold War.After retirement from the Air Force, Johnny began a new career as an economic development executive with Northern Natural Gas Company in Omaha. In this position, he called on some of the most senior executives of companies throughout the U.S., promoting the northern plains as a place to do business.Woven in his biography are tales of his many travels, including fascinating, firsthand experiences that occurred while traveling in Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Russia and elsewhere. Weapons at War: Naval Aviation - $19.99 It has been written that landing a jet on an aircraft carrier at night for the first time is the ultimate test for a pilot. This episode from The History Channel series features a history of the development of ship-based aviation. As this program reveals, naval aviation began in 1910 when aviator Eugene Ely took off from a makeshift wooden runway built atop a warship. The program covers the variety of planes used by the Navy, from wood-and-canvas biplanes to modern mach-speed fighter jets and bombers, and also explains how different planes triggered changes in the ships. Highlights include battle footage from famous engagements such as the Marianas Turkey Shoot, Midway, and the Doolittle Raid, a chronicle of the role that carrier-based planes have played in every conflict from World War II to the Gulf War, and interviews with flight-deck crews and pilots. ~ Steve Blackburn, Rovi |

Aviation in Columbus (Paperback) $28.54 Columbus entered the air age early: the city was the destination for the world`s first air-cargo flight in 1910, the home of the world`s youngest licensed pilot in 1911, and the home of World War I flying ace Eddie Rickenbacker. The aviation history of Columbus continued with the opening of Norton Field in 1923, Columbus Airport (later Sullivant Avenue Airport) in 1928, Port Columbus in 1929, and Lockbourne Army Air Base (now Rickenbacker International Airport) in 1942. Port Columbus International Airport had the distinction of being built near a railroad track for a coast-to-coast air-rail service. The air-rail service did not last, but Port Columbus has survived and is an important part of central Ohio. Add to this the fact that a major aircraft factory was located in Columbus from 1941 to 1979, and the aviation history of Columbus is rich. |

1-1 Smallville Pilot - Lex hits Clark with Car
If you have an MPL license does it mean you cant be a commercial pilot and probaly just a co-pilot?
Im about to enroll in Clark Aviation Center but Im confused cause I really wanted to be a pilot. Not just a co-pilot.
Help me can anyone give me an answer.
I'm assuming that your are wanting to eventually obtain the Commercial Pilot's License (CPL) or even the Airline Transport Pilot's License (ATP). You will start by earning the Private Pilot's License (PPL) then work your way up the ladder to the professional licenses and qualifications.
In the U.S., all commercial and airline pilots in the cockpit are fully licensed pilots for the type of aircraft they are flying. The essential difference between the captain and the first officer (co-pilot) is the length of experience. The first officer is fully qualified to fly the aircraft and often alternates primary flight duties with the captain such as performing takeoffs and landings.
The old days when captains told their co-pilots to, "Raise and lower the landing gear and flaps when I tell you to, otherwise keep your mouth shut", are long gone. In your training, you will learn the modern concept of Cockpit Resource Management (CRM) in which both pilots communicate and consult with each other especially during critical phases of flight to cross check all decisions and procedures.
All captains started out as first officers or even flight engineers back when FE's were common in airliners.
Have fun and enjoy the ride.
