I've been driving a bus for almost 15 years now.And if i have'nt pasted it now,i'm over a million miles!and still have a few more milion to go!

My employer is giving us impossible to handle schedule.What are ourlegal rights ?

I am employed at O'Hare airport as a member of the crew that handles coming and departing aircrafts. Last two days' shifts for me for example was as follows.

Wednesday
shift 2 AM - 7 AM
then 12.30 PM - 2.30 PM
then 5 PM - 8 PM
then 9 PM - 1 AM

Thursday

10 AM - 3 PM
and then 8 PM - 11 PM

We are paid only by the clock so its so the schedule is really hard to follow.
We talk about it to management all the time but they refrain from doing any changes.
What are our legal rights ?
We are a group of employees in Chicago, IL if it matters.
