Converting 8mm video film to DVD?
I have an 8mm projector, projector screen, and an HD video recorder and am trying to film the image projected on the 8mm projector screen with my HD video recorder but I am having focusing problems. The video is coming out very blurry and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to fix this. Are there any specific focusing modes I need to be in to record something like this? Are there any other kinds of tip or tricks I need to know to get this to turn out?
There's an article about it, just check out this "How to Transfer and Convert 8mm Camcorder Tapes to DVD" guide:

Martin Scorsese, a former roommate of Robbie Robertsons, employs some of the worlds greatest cinematographers--including Michael Chapman, Vilmos Zsigmond, and Laszlo Kovacs--to film the set in a way that captures the shows sweat and energy with a powerful intimacy. Interspersed into the songs are a series of interviews with the Bands members, who recall their early days playing for empty bars and their emergence as major players in the rock & roll game.NEW YORK, NEW YORK: NEW YORK, NEW YORK concerns Jimmy Doyle (Robert De Niro), an aspiring saxophonist who meets and is at first rejected by |
