Does running your a/c affect your vehicle's power?
I have a 350z and went riding around town with a couple of trans am/formulas the other night. One of them didnt run their a/c the whole time b/c he said it takes from the engines power. (the other had his girlfriend with him so he kinda had to have ac on i guess). Is this true? if so how much could it be crippling the performance of my car?

Sure - it takes power to run the compressor, and that's power that never makes it to the wheels. If you have cruise control, get out on straight, level highway, and set the cruise control to 60 or 70 mph. Watch the tach, and then turn the AC on. You should see a jump of several hundred RPM. That's because your engine has to work harder to keep the car up to speed. Now turn the AC off, and watch the tach drop. It's easier for the engine to maintain speed now, so it slows down a few hundred RPM.

Powering your car amp?
I want to know when do you really need two vehicle battiers for your Amp? I also like to know the ohm power that could kill your alternator?

batteries are not the determining factor when it comes to a lot of power for a car audio system. When the engine is running it is the alternator that carries the load.
The battery only powers the amps when the engine is off so if you plan to do a lot of engine off listening then you may want a 2nd battery for as little as 1000w rms.
Regarding "ohm power". Those are two different units - that's like a "foot degree".
Ohms units of electrical resistance and aren't directly related to power.
Power is measured in watts, and generally a stock charging system can handle 1000-1200w rms before there is any significant impact on the car.
I am running 1500w rms in a car with a 110A alternator and it runs w/o any problems.
