Could a matriced avionics landing environment be 'hacked' and data be used to down helicopters abroad?

If planes taxi at 200mph and two planes vary speed of flight by say 300 to 500mph would there be any way that this variance in speed could be tracked by a laptop computer and a vhf radio.
The varied speeds are close to landing and top speeds of a helicopter.
I don't know much about missile acquisition systems perhaps this is the fudge factor in anwering this question.
Maybe that beaconed light eminating from the front of the jets and the adjacent tower dwellers with laptops(ethernet data transfer prior to fbi query) and vhf radio kantianlly hidden in a safe as if they could not be used to capture certain data onto a computer.
Terrorists funded by middle east countries have superior technology as indicated by metal piercing rockets funded to insurgents. I would safely venture that stricking two planes into towers and fully knowing there would be retribution is not the only reason they orchestrated their assault.

I don't understand your question too much, but to down a helicopter with the use of electronic warfare you would have to spoil the instrument landing broadcast. the easiest way would be altering the GS signal of an ILS so that it would vector the helicopter into the ground. You would need a huge equipment anyway and that would attract a lot of attention from the airfield defence:)
Anyway any landing today is still human checked, so the crew should notice something is going wrong and avoid the controlled flight into terrain.
There are no chances how to control the helicopter from outside of that helicopter since there are no remote controlled helicopters today, with exception of few UAV that are autonomous and immune to "controls controlling",too.

you seem to be talking about the spectacular conspiracy theory movie L***** C****** . well if you want to remote control anything you need a secure link. visible light is not a secure link, it is multifrequentional, and thus vulnerable to noise and jamming. you should try laser, it is monofrequentional and less vulnerable to jamming, and has perfect dataflow. notice the optical cable networks. anyway best way to remote control today is radio control, because the radio waves travel through or virtually around objects and you dont need the direct line of sight to the object controlled.
