solar wind geo-thermal energys combined?

I'd like to build a "children's Aviation Center" in SW Florida - that would combine these forms of energy in it. Check out my website: www.navalairestates.com. An 18" tube under the building for preheating/cooling the air. New photovoltalic materials on the roof. Wind generators in place of engines on static displays of large aircraft. All combined to 'fuel' this facility. I wrote President Ford in 1976 about the need for alternative energies. Senator Hart of Mich. replied and told me about ERDA: EnergyDevelopment and Research administration that had just been formed. Most grants went to the fossil fuel industry. Solar energy was to be emphasized. Very little real progress has been accomplished. who killed the electric car is a prime example of impedience to such developement. Even that got its electricity from fossil fuels. We need solar, wind and geo-themals soursces. anyone out there have any ideas and suggestions on how I can get funding and hel with this. I wish I knew how you could get funding, but you will probably have to hang in there until gas is $25 a gallon and summer temps are 130 in the shade before anyone will think about listening....I live in a small town where we have a good tidal change and a company wanted to lower tide generators in an area that has alot of flow back and forth, they could produce a tremendous amount of electricity for the entire county and then some..but the locals wouldn't have any part of it....they said it would hurt the fishy's..duh...

HYDRAULICS hardest question Aviation Mechanics?

i need help with this project anyone i will award 100 points if answered correctly by posting multiple questions and choosing whoever gets the right answer.
i have a hydraulics test to make in which my teacher has asked this question several times but no one has ever passed it in the last five years the question is what would happen if u as an aircraft Mechanic make a repair on a tube line in an aircraft and suddenly the airplane happens to crash. The federal Aviation Administration A.k.a (FAA) has to blame on someone and they will come searching for u and You will have to explain to them with written paperwork that ur Repair was not the cause of the crash what will u writte down as an explanation?

This question is for anyone with aircraft knowledge however anyone that puts some kind of resource as a website will be awaded. THanks to anyone that tries tough this question has never been answered before on the last five years. this question happens to be the whole test.

I dont know if this is a MAJOR repair, but does the number 337 mean anything to you??
