Very Recent Apollo

palmistry: head line?
i have a tiny triangle marking in the middle of it; so clear and defined and an exact triangle (no 3 lines crossing over each other, the ends meet perfectly and stop)
and followed by the triangle immediately after is a small circle
what does this mean?
there is also a faint circle on one of my marriage lines
and if you see a marking of an "eye" (yes an eye, if you think i'm strange, and its very clear) on an apollo...what does it mean? its within a larger circle marking on the line of apollo...
these were all very recent...from the summer to the now--i've recorded the findings--since my palm seems now, everytime when its forming a mark ---has a tingling effect.
if you can't answer all the questions
just please answer the ones you think you know?
and i am INCREDibly bewildered by the "eye marking"
i don't think anyone really knows what it is, but i'll give it a try
Triangle on Head Line: Intense frustration and feelings of confinement. This could be a literal confinement (eg hospital stay) or just exceptionally frustrating circumstances at the time.
Island (the small circle) on Head Line: a period of unhappiness - this probably explains the feelings of frustration.
Island on Marriage Line: some marital issues, perhaps a contributing factor to the frustration?
The "eye" formation is called a "whorl". A whorl on the line of Apollo denotes a gift for languages - perhaps studying foreign languages and cultures would help with the frustration???

Doing Recent History (Hardcover) $139.24 Recent history?the very phrase seems like an oxymoron. Yet historians have been writing accounts of the recent past since printed history acquired a modern audience, and in the last several years interest in recent topics has grown exponentially. From Walmart to disco and from Chavez to Schlafly, books about the history of our own time have become arguably the most exciting and talked-about part of the discipline.Despite this rich tradition and growing popularity, historians have engaged in little discussion about the specific methodological, political, and ethical issues related to writing about the recent past. The twelve essays in this collection explore the challenges of writing histories of recent events where visibility is inherently imperfect, hindsight and perspective are lacking, and historiography is underdeveloped. Those who write about events that have taken place since 1970 encounter exciting challenges that are both familiar and foreign to scholars of a more distant past, including suspicions that their research is not historical enough, negotiation with living witnesses who have a very strong stake in their own representation, and the task of working with new electronic sources. Contributors to this collection consider a wide range of these challenges. They question how sources like television and video games can be better utilized in historical research, explore the role and regulation of doing oral histories, consider the ethics of writing about living subjects, discuss how historians can best navigate questions of privacy and copyright law, and imagine the possibilities that new technologies offer for creating transnational and translingual research opportunities. Doing Recent History offers guidance and insight to any researcher considering tackling the not-so-distant past. |

i prefer after 2000 or if it is really good before 100 is fines thanks very much
before 2000*
Core, that was good even though it didn't have to do with space. But it was like Armageddon just in the center of the earth.
