Amsterdam aircrash, why ?
Is the altimeter being blamed. Witnesses at the time talked of the plane just falling out of the sky. Why was the auto pilot engaged for landing when the pilots must have been able to see the landing lights by the timne the plane crashed? Why no fire? Was there actually any fuel left in the tanks?
Leave it to the professional air accident investigators, they're nothing but extemely thorough and the precise reasons for what happened will not be known until everything has been minutely examined.
Then an official accident report will be published and the general public (this includes you) will be able to obtain a copy.
It is pointless raising other questions until after that time (when I doubt very much if you'll then have any)
