How do radio stations do the thing where they have the musics beat in the background?

Usually it is just the beat of the music or a loop and sometimes it also has the vocals removed. They do it when introducing the song or when the announcer is just talking before the song and then the voice fades out and the song starts.

It's called a music bed. Its used for talk overs for announcing and usually will be either a royalty free production CD track (not available to the public) or a loop of a track instrumental section

fallout 3. secret? radio signal transmitting morse code, what does it mean?

i was exploring the wasteland and i came across a lone radio tower with no1 around. there was a switch on a power box and i flicked it and then it said "Radio Signal Echo Foxtrot signal found" and i went and listened to it, and its in morse code. have any of you found it? its almost due south of Oasis. if you know what it means or what its saying, information would be great...
P.S. it gets kinda creepy after listening to it loop 5 or 6 times
