A vacuum cleaner has an electric motor with lots of coiled wiring. This complex setup acts as both an inductance and a capacitance, something that a simple straight wiring in a lamp does not have. The capacitance means that some voltage is left in the vacuum cleaner (but without much charge) for a few minutes afetr the power is turned off.

How to take spark plug out of 91 cadillac deville?

When I went to take a look to see if i can take my spark plugs out to clean them. I wonder how to do it because I took the wie off but its like a brass looking piece that make it impossible to put my spark plug socket on

Don't attempt installing the plugs if you are inexperienced ! It's way EZ to cross thread & hurt an aluminum head. The plugs should be started & 2 full turns by hand to ensure that they're straight. There is no reason to clean a sparkplug in a fuel injected engine.
