Thermometer Hygrometer

I have just bought a barometer from a car boot...?

It is mounted on oak wood and has a thermometer and a hygrometer dial also. it has a screw on the back which the man i bought it off said i could adjust to the right setting but i have been searching the internet for ages since and cannot find any weather forecasts with barometric readings whatsoever, it is really p***ing me off!!! Please can anyone help

I'm not sure where you are in the world...although using the word 'boot' makes it sound like the UK. To find current barometric pressure values...just go to http://www.wunderground.com and type in where you are in the top box, then what pops up should give you the pressure (under Current Conditions). For example, right now at 1620 GMT at Cardiff, Wales it shows Pressure at 29.93 inches of Mercury / 1013.4 hPa. Depending on what units your barometer is in, use one of these values to calibrate it. If you need millibars, 1 mb=1 hPa, an easy enough conversion.

A few questions about my ball python?

Alright, so first off I was just wondering if this is a good set up for him?
He's a juvenile, so he has a little 10 gallon right now
Paper towel bedding
50 watt heat lamp
85 degrees in the day
60 precent humidity
Water dish
Log to hide under (Bought from pet store, not taken from the wild)
Thermometer
Hygrometer
And "Wipe out 1" reptile enclosure cleaner

Is this everything I need? thanks.

And also, can the tank be TOO humid??

I just bought him from pet smart, they garuntee healthy animals, so no risk of internal parasites right?

And it says that he arrived sept 3, is it really possible for him to be only 3 days old??

Yeah that is a great setup personally though i would use a substrate like coconut fiber or keepers choice but that works fine. Yes a tank can be too humid. If it is too humid the python will develop water blisters.
