Where on the Weather conditions can the Barometer setting be found to reset a Barometer after refurbishing.?
If you were in Australia I could tell you but if you are not you will have to look for a weather site which has an observing station near you and updates its readings every hour. As soon as the new reading comes up, see what the air pressure is and set your barometer to it. Check it again the next day and fine tune it. If your barometer is just for general interest, set it to Mean Sea Level Pressure rather than Station Level Pressure. That way you will be able to make direct comparisons with weather maps on TV and online.

He was an able surveyor and hydrographer and served as Governor of New Zealand from 1843 to 1845. Air pressure is little molecules floating around and exerting pressure. The molecules are either side of you helps you stay balanced. If you stopped the molecules of one side of you, like when you vacuum, you will fall backwards or forwards. You can feel air pressure if the amount is unequal on two side of the paper.
B. What are high and low pressure areas? What types of weather are they associated with?
A high pressure area is an area of air that has higher pressure than standard pressure at sea level. A low pressure area is lower than the standard pressure area. Low pressure is associated with stormy weather. High pressure is associated with clear skies.
C. How is air pressure measured? What can you tell from these readings?
Air pressure is measured by a barometer. You can predict the weather with a barometer.
