What is the best Graphic card match with P5Q Deluxe?

Should I buy
Nvidia Geforce 9800GT 512MB PCIE OEM Card ?
Any suggestion? Should I go for a different model or increase to 1Gb ?

Thanks aviatingamateur! But Crossfire = Dual video card? So, I can buy 2 Radeon 4870 right? I am using Dual monitor but running on a very old graphic card Geforece 7600 GT. My CPU = Q9550, 4Gb Ram, P5Q Deluxe. Will dual card improve my monitor quality? 22" Dell Ultrasharp. Thanks!
Greg up there made a small typo. The P5Q Deluxe uses the Intel P45 chipset, which supports ATI Crossfire only. It does NOT support nVidia SLI. I think that's what he meant to say.
You should use an ATI video card on that board so you have the option of adding another one to Crossfire.
You will NOT be able to run two nVidia video cards in SLI on an ATI Crossfire motherboard, so for the P5Q the ATI cards are a better choice.
EDITED TO ADD:
Yes, you can run two HD4870s in Crossfire mode on that motherboard to improve graphics performance on games that are very graphics-intensive like Crysis or such.

Is it possible to connect your PC to your TV Screen to make your TV the monitor without an "output card"
I have the 2002 edition of the Windows XP Media Center Edition . Unfortunately, it does not have a composite wire or S-video wire that goes "output" so I can't use my monitor as my TV screen. Is there an alternative way to do this.

you will defininately need a tuner card, the card will hava a cable conection so you can connect cable or antena i have not seen it any other way.

oem just means you get it bare minimum packaging…. you wont get a facy box or anything of that sort.. its not retail packagin but its way cheaper
