How do I turn down Channel 2 of audio in editing?
How do I turn down Channel 2 of audio in editing?
I recently recorded an interview with two lapel mics on a Canon HX A1. In the headphones, the sound was great. However watching it back. The audio from channel 2 is really loud but not blasting. Is there a way that I could turn down just that channel in Final Cut or iMovie?
In Final Cut Pro, yeah, just un-mark them as a "stereo pair," and then you can adjust each track individually. Then, center-pan each track (unless you want one mic to be heard only on the left, and the other only on the right), and then adjust volume on the track that you want to turn down.

The Jesus Discovery CD (Audio) $29.99 The story of a stunning new discovery that provides the first physical evidence of Christians in Jerusalem during the time of Jesus and his apostles. Critics dismissed the synchronicity of names as mere coincidence. But the new discovery increases the likelihood that the Jesus Family Tomb is, indeed, the real tomb of Jesus of Nazareth. Tabor and Jacobovici discuss the evidence in support of this interpretation and describe how both tombs appear to have been part of the property of a wealthy individual, possibly Joseph of Arimathea, the man who, according to the gospels, buried Jesus.
