hey ladies! Have you dyed your eyebrows b4? i want to, i have light brown hair and my eyebrow are pretty light

will it be too drastic if i dye them a bit of a darker shade of light brown? i dont really like using eyebrow definer - but if u have any tips with that, that would be helpful too

be sure to use vaseline around the outside edges or you will end up looking like me, see me? LOL Just use a shade or two darker than normal and progress more if not enough. Most people make the mistake of going too dark,.....

How to get ur eyebrow to become darker?

my natural hair color is black and i have very light black eyebrows. They don't look dark..i think it's because i have very thin hair and my skin is pretty light... I used to fill in my brows with a black eyebrow pencil but it's always too dark.. and it makes me look even more pale.

So all my life i've dyed my hair light brown and i draw my eyebrows in with an eyebrow pencil.. Well i'm pretty sick of it... I just want to go back to my natural hair color and have darker eyebrows.. anyone have any good advice?

I had the same problem.
I think you'd probably be sick and tired of having to fill in your brow area every single day, going through a heap of make-up and a lot of your money.

So, a permanent solution... Eyebrow tinting. It costs around $10(or less) and pretty much every beauty salon has it available, you can specify the colour you want and the therapist will leave depending on how un/concentrated you want the colour. The tint could last anywhere from 4-10 weeks.

If you want to try it at home (which can be tricky, but doable if you have vaseline) there are home brow-tinting kits available in several shades that will last over a 100 washes. These are available from chemists at around the $10-15 mark.

If you want to keep using makeup, I'd actually recommend a gray brow-filling pencil. Don't be scared by this! (teehee)

This is because you mentioned that your brow hairs are very light as is your skin tone. The gray mimics the shadows that lighter hairs make on your skin, so it's perfectly natural looking but gives you more definition and darkens the brow subtly enough to enhance the eyes without draining the colour from your face. YSL make a fantastic one that's worth the price tag. And, being a pencil, it'll last you yonks with proper care.
