These are not released to the general public, to respect the privacy of the families of victims.
The best you can find would be an edited transcript; those are sometime published in aero mags like Aviation Week.
Even when I did accident investigation (as a manufacturer's engineer), I did not have acces to the actual recording. I had to work from transcripts and from the flight data recorder.

Flight Recorder $82.85 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles A flight recorder is a recorder placed in an aircraft for the purpose of facilitating the investigation of an aircraft accident or incident. For this reason, recorders are required to be capable of surviving the conditions likely to be encountered in a severe aircraft accident. They are typically specified to withstand an impact of 3400 g and temperatures of over 1,000 C (1,832 F) (as required by EUROCAE ED112). There are two common types of flight recorder, the flight data recorder (FDR) and the cockpit voice recorder (CVR). In some cases, the two recorders may be combined in a single FDR/CVR unit. Flight Data Recorder $105.14 A flight data recorder (FDR) (also ADR, for accident data recorder) is a kind of flight recorder. It is a device used to record specific aircraft performance parameters. Another kind of flight recorder is the cockpit voice recorder (CVR), which records conversation in the cockpit, radio communications between the cockpit crew and others (including conversation with air traffic control personnel), as well as ambient sounds. In some cases, both functions have been combined into a single unit. Popularly referred to as a black box, the data recorded by the FDR is used for accident investigation, as well as for analyzing air safety issues, material degradation and engine performance. Due to their importance in investigating accidents, these ICAOregulated devices are carefully engineered and stoutly constructed to withstand the force of a high speed impact and the heat of an intense fire. Contrary to the black box reference, the exterior of the FDR is coated with heatresistant bright orange paint for high visibility in wreckage, and the unit is usually mounted in the aircrafts empennage (tail section), where it is more likely to survive a severe crash. Cockpit Voice Recorder $82.85 A Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR), often referred to as a black box, is a flight recorder used to record the audio environment in the flightdeck of an aircraft for the purpose of investigation of accidents and incidents. This is typically achieved by recording the signals of the microphones and earphones of the pilots headsets and of an area microphone in the roof of the cockpit. The current applicable FAA TSO is n23b titled Cockpit Voice Recorder Equipment. Where an aircraft is required to carry a CVR and utilises digital communications the CVR is required to record such communications with air traffic control unless this is recorded elsewhere. As of 2005 update] it is an FAA requirement that the recording duration is a minimum of thirty minutes, but the NTSB has long recommended that it should be at least two hours. Silkair Flight 185 $66.91 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles SilkAir Flight 185, a Boeing 73736N, registration 9VTRF, was a scheduled passenger flight from Jakarta, Indonesia to Singapore, which crashed on 19 December 1997 after abruptly plunging into the Musi River from its 35,000 feet cruise altitude, killing all 97 passengers and 7 crew on board. Remarkably, the cockpit voice recorder and flight data recorder stopped recording, at different times and for no apparent reason, minutes before the aircraft departed level flight and entered a steep vertical dive. The crash was investigated by various groups, with different results. Author: Surhone, Lambert M./ Timpledon, Miriam T./ Marseken, Susan F. Cockpit Voice Recorder - Air Florida Flight 90 Crash
WHY THE "black box" flight recorder is never damaged during a plane crash?
why isn't the whole airplane made out of that stuff?
They ARE frequently damaged and often unreadable after a crash. They're tough, but not unbreakable.
