How much horsepower will my 350 make with .60 overbore, flattop pistons, 76cc heads,1.94in, .480 valve lift?

Has stock rods and crank, .320 cam lift, .287 duration, .107/.111 centerline, 600cfm carb and hooker headers?
Also Edelbrock RPM maifold with 3.08 Gears if i ran with these gears what time would i make in the 1/4 ?

The wisest change you could make to your combo that will put you well over the 400HP mark is a pair of factory 062 casting Vortec heads and a fel pro 1094 head gasket.

Your current heads are ultra lazy velocity flowing, slow flame propagating high BSFC old school heads with no technology to them whatsoever accept that the factory knew they had to put cylinder heads on the engine to work. If they are an 882 casting, then they are also the poorest flowing 350 factory head EVER produced!

Seriously, the Vortec will transform your performance, emissions, mileage, and drivability across the board. In 'round' numbers, you'll 'bolt' 50HP on your engine.

I've built and dyno tuned 100's of these type engines with this head as well as dyno tuned this type of engine with the earlier 76CC heads and then swapped the Vortec heads on and tuned again. Most of them with the 76CC heads struggle to make 1hp/cubic inch without LOTS of tuning.

1250 kit for 97 HD Sportster 883/1200, kit includes Buell Thunderstorm heads and pistons. Should I do it?

The change will also include SE bolt in cams. Any idea what hp and torque is possible? I can do the job myself - money is a factor.
Presently, the bike is an 883/1200 convert with original 883 heads, aftermarket high flow SE mufflers and air box, and gets about 63hp with approximately 68 lb-ft of torque. It does a nice job. Hauls my and Mama's a$$es around quite well.

Is there a point to the upgrade? You already said the bike does well 2-up.

When money is an issue (it always is with mine) I don't upgrade. But I sometimes do invest in parts I know I'll need. I'd buy the kit, especially if it was a deal, then put it away until it was time for motor work. By then, either there's money for more, or my bike needs work when I'm broke but it's not a problem because I have the parts already.
