Ultralight For Sale

I want it to be that colour and im normally a pretty light blonde (my eyebrows are really dark so i wanted to go darker for the fall/winter) I know her hair colour is a medium brown but I was just wondering if anyone knows how to get that golden tint, if they can do that at the salon or if theres a certain thing you ask for? Thanks for the help!
