KitchenAid Convection Oven Superba question.?

I was baking something and set cook time for 2 hours. I was not present when oven cooking was done and beeping to take out. Now I have a square lit up with a thermometer inside it. If I press bake, "set probe temp" light up on panel. I can't seem to figure out what happened and can't turn oven on. Have pressed cancel but nothing happens except continual beep beep beep. What do I need to do?

Baby Corn Snake set up... Thermostat probe?

I've got a small plastic viv with a heat mat and stat all set up for little corn which Im going to buy, not sure about heat thought. The book I've got says keep the temp gradient between 21 and 31 roughly...but is that the ground temp or ambient temp?
Also should i keep the stat probe just near the heat mat outside the tank, or feed it right in the viv?

The probe should be placed so that it sits in the substrate under the hide on the warm side. Temps on the warm side should be about 29 and on the cool side around 21-22. That would be ground temperature. 31 is too high as far as I'm concerned. An alternantive to having the probe in the viv on the bottom is to place it directly on the mat under the viv and let the viv sit on that. Makes it a little uneven though. My large vivs all have a spot for the probe to go in the cage. Otherwise I place it on the mat on the outside.
