I dont think it will due to a lot of newer model vehicles the diagnostics are tied into the radio wire harness.

I need a new one to replace one that was broken during an aftermarket radio install. Where can I find a new one?

Is it the dash panel mount or the trim piece that finishes it off. You could double check with Ford to see what their catalog shows.
