AZer, i will help people out.....to underexpose one side of the face change the apeture to F4 (to stops below F8),,,,then the equation is 24/4 = 6 meters, so the answer is, the subject 3 meters from the camera and the flash 3 meters from the subject to the side...........bada bing 3:1 ratio - oh will post a link to a 3:1 shot soon with a question
