Sizes Punches

Are there any suppliers of non standard size punch dies.?

I do electrical work and have a set of punches for making holes in electrical boxes. I find that my punches which make the holes for standard conduit connectors (1/2", 3/4", 1". etc) make the holes with too much oversizing. The 1/2" hole comes out at .885" yet a 1/2" connector is only .826" in diameter. I hate this loose, non precise fit. I found a wierd china made punch one day at a swap meet and it punches the holes for a 3/4" connector making a perfect fit but I cannot find a supplier of these punches. Does anyone out there know where I can find precision fitting punches that are non-standard in size. thanks

Try going to a local Tool and die shop and have a few made.
I am sure they can help you for a reasanoble cost,
Its very basic Machining.

How did Mike Tyson with his size manage to punch as quickly as he did?

How did he physically manage to train him self to the point where he was 90 odd Kg and managing to punch as quick as he did?

I think it's in the genes. And lots of training and practice. He also had a great trainer in the late Cus d' Amato who developed Floyd Patterson to be a world heavyweight champion by teaching him a main weapon-- fast combinations. Buster Douglas, the first to defeat Tyson and by knockout, was also a huge heavyweight with fast hands.I don't see how the size of the body can prevent an athlete from developing fast reflexes. There are wide-bodied players in the NBA like Jason Maxiell of the Detroit Pistons who can sky high and move so quickly to score on fast breaks or block an enemy shot from the field or under the basket.
