What time zone does local standard time apply to?
I am currently at school on the east coast but my cell phone area code is an Arizona area code. According to the website, night time minutes start at 9 pm local standard time. Do they go based off of the location I am calling from or the area code that the phone is registered to?
It's based on the area code...at least with cingular. It's cool that yours sounds "local" to your area.
