what you need to become a fighter pilot for USAF?

im going into my sophemore year in high school and becoming a fighter pilot is my dream job, what is some things i need to start doing to help me achieve my goal.

Well I know now is the time to get started. Volunteer for community service (habitat for humanity, homeless shelter, etc) join as many sports/clubs as you can and strive to be the "Captain". Basically just be a standout student in school. I know you can't be color blind....but you probally know that.
There are many more requirements, but just to be accepted is a feat in itself.
My brother retired as a Lt. Cmdr(USN) flying F-14, F/A-18 Hornet, and various others.
