I have a Rochester Quadrajet Carburetor Need vacuum diagram?
i have a 1978 corvette with a quadrajet mdl# 17054922 . when i bought the car none of the vacuum lines on the carb were hooked up so far i've got the line to distributor vacuum advance hooked up so it runs but there's no choke lines hooked up. once warmed up it runs fine but does stumblehesitate under full throttle. no vacuum lines on it at all and there are open vac ports. vacuum diagram would help.

The motor will idle and run better if you pick up a vacuum source below the throttle plates for the vacuum advance and the choke pull-off diaphragm.
E-mail back and tell me if there are two vacuum lines coming from the switch that's screwed into the thermostat housing! If there is the lower port on the switch gets vacuum under the throttle plates. The upper switch port going out going out goes to the ERG valve. Block the rest if the vacuum ports with a short piece of windshield washer hose and plug it with a chopped off nail.
*If the car continues to stumble, check the carb accelerator pump shot into the primary venturies. Install a Moroso Distributor weight and spring kit for faster advance. Try the middle-weight springs first. Go to the stiffest distributor springs in the kit if you hear pre-ignition. Push the initial advance up at least 2 degrees.
