Here are the steps:

1. Get 10 other stars.

2. In the main lobby look up into the light.

3. You will appear on the wing cap level.

4. Fly down to the central pillar and hit the red button and save.

You have now activated the Wing Cap and willl be able to use it wherever you see a red Wing Cap box.

You'll have to restart if you want to collect the 8 red coins and get the star on that level.

LITY...so why didn't they just place those players on the IR....I am pretty sure they has Kronwall and Franzen on the LTIR which should have saved them a boatload??

The Wings are currently listed as being 'overspent' and on pace to be $3.35MM over the limit. They haven't placed all their players on IR, so they've had expensive players sitting on the roster while they have played expensive call ups. Similar to what Calgary had to do last year.
