Aircraft Great Flyer
im a good flyer but........?
well i dont know if im what about to say keeps me as a 'good flyer'.
I love flying and that...but when the aircraft is taxiing and we are taking off, my gut goes nuts!
no, i dont throw up or anything, but i just get real nervous but only at take off. I am fine and loving the experiance of flying once we start to level out...then im fine.
I think its because i watch to much Air Crash Investigation and I just did a big school assignment on plane crashes!.
i know, i could stop watching it...buts its a great show!
what can i do to calm my nerves for those couple of minutes of the initial take off?
Prayer.
Take slow deep breaths.
Prayer.
Keep your mind off of what's happening.
Prayer.
Chew gum.
