i need an apartment and i have crappy credit?

so Im a student, and i work part time at a movie theatre. My boyfriend and i really need to move out and im not really picky about the apartment, but it has to be close to work. The problem is that i have crappy credit (most unpaid car insurance, cell phone, and credit card) and my boyfriend has "no credit" whatever that means. I know we wouldnt pass a credit check. and a co-signer is not an option because my parents credit sucks. Im only 19 and i have never had an apartment, and combined we dont make a ton of money, just enough to get by. SO without giving me crappy answers (that dont help) what should i do? i live in east mesa (az) almost to apache junction and i have a small dog. are there like social service groups that can help me get an apartment?

Social services won't help since you aren't homeless and they normally don't help pets. You need to clean up your credit and wait or wait for your boyfriend to get good credit. You might find a private landlord who won't check credit but it is getting more rare.
You will need to make about 4 times the rent in income so if you don't make enough to pay your bills now adding rent and utilities won't make things better. Leaving your dog with your parents may be necessary to find a place to live and save you money on vet bills and dog food.

Developing a website while it is hosted?

Hi,

I am a newbie to an extent when it comes to the practicalities of web design. I am currently designing web pages locally on my computer using apache, but unfortunately it is proving very difficult to install certain PHP- related features on my computer so that I can test code out locally.
However, certain web hosting companies have these installed on their servers as part of their offered services.

I was wondering, is it possible to develop a website, held on the external servers of the hosting company, but without public access to it? Is it common nature to develop websites on the servers or is it better to complete it locally then just upload it.

If anybody could help me, it would be much appreciated!

You can install WAMP (Windows, Apache, MySQL, PHP) Server. That's exactly what I do, PHP/MYSQL database:

You can also create a "sandbox" or a subdirectory where the public doesn't know it exists so you can mess around with it. And when you're ready for the changes, you can just FTP them over to the real directory.

I use Notepad++ with the FTP plugin to do direct changes to the website on the fly (if I know it's going to work or the changes are very small).
