How many groups of children are LSA's taking out of class? I am now taking 12 groups of KS3/4.?
I would like to get other LSA's opinions on this.
I love my job however I now feel so fed up with the poor pay for the excellent work I do. I know my line manager appreciates what I do, however that doesn't pay the bills.
I used to be an LSA and worked really hard, I was withdrawing lots of students on a one to one basis, as well as leading small groups and delivering lessons that had been differentiated. You need to check that you are on the Spine and Point on your pay scale.
If all else fails find out if you are entitled to Working Families Tax Credits and Childrens Tax Credits.
Keep it up I am sure you are doing a brilliant job, and although the pay is not paying the bills, the immense sense of satisfaction cannot be beated, and I really miss that most of all.

Which college at the University of Michigan is the easiest to get into?
I want to enroll in the three-year undergraduate program at Ross. I have only taken one year of foreign language, however. This means that I cannot apply to the college of Literature, Science, and the Arts (LSA) because they require two years of foreign language to get into. So what college would be the easiest for my to get into? I'll have only a 3.3 GPA, but a 29 ACT score, many extracurriculars (including high levels of music study), excellent recommendations, and community service. Also I have Adhd and was recently in foster care, so I think that they'll take those challenges into consideration. Which college would be the easiest top apply to so I can transfer into the Ross program my sophmore year?
As far as the Ann Arbor campus goes (So between the College of Engineering, the School of MT&D, etc.)
I believe the one in Dearborn is the easiest to get into, followed by Flint and then Ann Arbor. However, the one in Ann Arbor (Main) has a greater diversity of programs and courses to take.
