Compare Powered Flight against Soaring Flight and the advantages and disadvantages of both?

I recently took a prospective member to my local gliding club naturally we have powered planes and a Rotax Falke (powered glider) when it was explained we get up in the air and cut the engine she asked why?? simple its a glider.
Yes she does want to Join. Discuss please.

You're asking to compare apples and oranges, so instead of a comparison here are some personal observations. I'm a professional pilot and I've been doing both power flying and gliding (and teaching) for more than 20 years. I usually recommend that most students get at least some time in a sailplane because they will develop more precise skills, better judgement and an overall better "feel" for flying much sooner, especially when it comes to approaches and landing. Glider pilots become more aware of what the air is doing and learn to use it to best advantage. Also, without the distraction of operating and monitoring the engine, a student can devote more attention to the pure art of flying. I guarantee that most pilots with glider training are overall better fliers than those who don't have it, especially when they don't have much total flight time.

Rotax Engine Probes/Sensors wires and connectors?

I have CHT and Oil Temp probes/sensors installed in my Rotax 914 engine. I want to connect them in my EFIS.

What type of connectors and wires should I use in the terminal of these sensors?

Depends on the aircraft. If you yourself are not an A&P ask one for a good connector this way you get what you need.
