Training Program should i start p90x training program to loose weight?
hi all, ive got about 3 stone to lose, and i have been dedicated to start the p90x training program tommorow - until i discovered i dont have resistance bands or a pull up bar, so is this a waste of time? i also have billy blanks boot camp and slim in 6 if anyone can reccomend me which one i should start i would be really greatful. thanks.
The P90x uses alot of body weight exercises..so no it won't be a waste of time. But honestly I love the p90x program, this thing really does rock.
It is intense so if you are completely out of shape then this thing will whip your ass. However you can still do alot of exercises without the resistance bands..dumbbells are better in the p90x workout program anyways..and there are work around solutions to no chip up bar.

I afraid that is not possible, functions that actionscript can do on sound is to play, stop, volumn control, pan left/right, so basically for playback, not very sophisticated, recording for the time being is not available, i hope they will add that to one of the features too.
