What are good bmx parts for a eastern shovelhead ?

i wont to get new parts for my eastern what are good parts but not extremely priced
i ride park
parts like bars grips crank stuff like that not frames

For your handlebars, it really dosent matter. UNLESS you like really wide bars, or low rise or high rise. It depends if you can easily adapt. I guess im lucky enough to. (not to brag.) for grips, everyone sais ODI longnecks, but shit i have the fly ones that come as one long grip and you get to cut it to your length. So its the 2 for 1 deal. I had em on my old bike, and they lasted for 5 months and are still completly rideable comfortably. I took a look at the stolen mob cranks, and if you dont ride hard, then they should work if they will fit properly. Their one of the lightest ones. (but i hate stolen) haha and you can also get the animal v2 or v3 sproket i forget which one, either way its gonna be 40 bucks on dans. and get a half link chain, dont break your stock. hope this helps :]

Do I have frame damage?

I had my '07 VW GTi pulled out of a snow bank by a friend and his toyota tacoma last night and now the car is pulling horribly to the left and the steering wheel is turned to the right. I should've called road side assistance but i didn't. I dug out the snow under the car by hand and wrapped the rope around the steel arm that goes to the back right wheel. When i looked under the car this morning that steel arm has a small bend in the flange. I don't know if that is part of the frame or if that is an individual piece that i can replace. It has a white sticker with a bar code on it attached to it. Help!?

VW's have a short sub-frame under the motor. The remainder of the car is a uni-body which means no real frame as such.

Most likely there are safe "pull-points" on the front of the sub frame. Your friend probably wrapped his toe hook around one of the two suspension lower A-Frames and bent it while pulling the car. If there is suspension damage the VW dealer or Auto-body shop with a frame straightener is the place to go because auto parts stores don't carry Volkswagan suspension parts.
