Boeing Joint Strike
Boeing Joint Strike
F-35 Lightning (Joint Strike Fighter)?

When is this plane entering service and who thinks that Boeing should rather have gotten the contract with there X-32 prototype?

Since the aircraft has undergone only a few flight tests, it won't be fielded for years yet. I look for it to be around 2012/2013 before enough are rolled off the line that they can constitute an actual squadron. I don't think they should have went with the X-32 - the X-35 was a much better aircraft based on performance tests and long term durability.

Marc Camoletti's popular stage farce Boeing Boeing is watered down and realigned into a Tony Curtis/Jerry Lewis vehicle. Curtis plays an American journalist living in Paris; Lewis is his goonish (but surprisingly restrained) buddy. Partial to stewardesses, Curtis manages to juggle the affections of three luscious flight attendants (Dany Saval, Christiane Schmidtmer, and Suzanna Leigh), whose schedules are such that their visits to Curtis' bachelor pad never overlap. Complications ensue when the Boeing company speeds up its air service, and when Lewis tries to muscle in on Curtis' "racket." The best lines go to Thelma Ritter as Curtis' disapproving housekeeper. ~ Hal Erickson, Rovi

Boeing Joint Strike Fighter X-32 — Flight Test Highlights

for those of you interested in the joint strike fighter jet?

i found this dvd, its called "Battle of the X-Planes". its freakin awesome! its documents the 5 year struggle of trying to create the joint strike fighter and battle between Boeing and Lockheed Martin. Its an amazing documentary for the plane enthusiast out there. I personally think that Boeing should stick with making commercial jumbo jets, their design for the X-plane was so ugly. Lockheed Martins design is amazing. I cant wait for this plane to go into action. They are saying it may be the last manned fighter that the U.S. will ever design. How sad..... anyways i know its not a question but i suggest picking up this dvd if you want to learn more about the new F-35 Joint Strike Fighter! and no im not a troll
i dont just mean ugly by looks. the whole design just didnt make sense. in the dvd it experiences so many problems and design flaws, like sucking in its own exhaust when hovering. thanks for being a smart*** though

You might be interested in "The Secrets of Future Air Power." I got it on Netflix.
