Check out this strenght training workout w/animated diagrams...is this a complete workout? Anything missing?

Is there another exercise not listed that is really important?
Do this everyday?

http://www.sport-fitness-advisor.com/dumbbellexercises.html

Forget the rows they show you on that site - just do standard standing dumbbell rows. More balance involved.

Otherwise it's certainly not bad for dumbbells. Really weird how they put the dead lift with upper back exercises as the dead lift is a leg/core exercise...

Do some ab stuff, too. Weighted crunches, leg lifts, V-ups, etc. All easy to do without machines and you can incorporate dumbbells in there as necessary.

Good lucl.

Check out my potty training plan!?

I do not work for five days starting this Friday. My daughter has been introduced to the potty, the vocab and lets me know if she has messed herself.

I plan on spending my five days off (Happy 4th of July huh?) potty training. The tentative plan is to put her Dora panties that she's been looking at and begging for on her. I will also be putting her on the potty every 20 minutes or so. I'm hoping doing that and letting her feel the discomfort of messing in her panties will do the trick.

Any additional tips? I don't get much time off so I'd really like for these five days to take care of it!

Yeah, five days ain't enough to potty train a kid, it doesn't matter how much vocab she knows. The fact that she lets you know when she HAS messed herself, is a step, but she doesn't necessarily know when she is ABOUT TO mess herself. the latter is much more important.
And if she isn't ready (like doesn't want to), it could take five weeks as opposed to five days. Like I have said in the past to other parents, if you start pushing your child might begin to resist.
