Electrical Systems Hydraulics

I would like to gear up in the field of Industrial automation, Controls & system integration.seeking more info
I wish to seek experts advice & guidance with various website links related plc programming,Electronics & Electrical, Sensors,
Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Machine Vision Systems & High technology CNC Machines & control systems. Training Centres in India. to enance my knowledge level & be a technically competant proffessional.Job opportunities for marketing above products & services in india. presently working as a customer support executive in above field. I shall be highly obliged to whom so ever it may concern. Thanks & Regards
There are basically two divisions . One in the process control industry and two in the manufacturing and machine tool industry.
The first one deals with using pneumatic and hydraulic actuators , sensors and PLC'S to control fluids.
The second in machine control applications.
Regarding the first there is the Fluid Control Research Institute , In Kerala .
Regarding the second there is CMTI , Bangalore. You might also enquire about institutions in Coimbatore for CNC machines.

Mobile Equipment Hydraulics $40.99 Designed for the required course on hydraulics found in diesel technology and heavy equipment programs, MOBILE EQUIPMENT HYDRAULICS: A SYSTEMS AND TROUBLESHOOTING APPROACH, takes a practical approach to the understanding of fluid power / hydraulic systems. Instead of concentrating on the design issues of fluid power systems this book approaches hydraulics more like a technician would to approach a system that requires maintenance or troubleshooting. Nearly all aspiring diesel technicians receive training in this subject, which is one of seven areas of study recognized by NATEF in diesel technology. Coverage includes a study of terminology, industrial standards, symbols and basic circuitry design as related to fluid power. Examples are drawn from actual equipment that is relevant to the program of study, whether it be heavy truck, earth-moving, or agricultural equipment. |

Fluid Power: Hydraulics and Pneumatics $59.4 Fluid Power: Hydraulics and Pneumatics is a teaching package aimed at students pursuing a technician-level career path. It teaches the fundamentals of fluid power and provides details on the design and operation of hydraulic and pneumatic components, circuits, and systems. Extensive coverage is provided for both hydraulic and pneumatic systems. This book does not contain engineering calculations that will confuse students, rather applies math skills to the formulas needed by the technician-level student. This teaching package provides comprehensive exposure to the fluid power field. |

Motorcycle Electrical Systems (Paperback) $45.56 A motorcycle’s electrical system can be daunting to even the most adept home mechanic. And yet, the more complex these systems become—and the more important to a motorcycle’s function—the more useful, even critical, it will be to know something about them. That’s where this book comes in with a user-friendly guide to understanding, diagnosing, and fixing the electrical systems and components that make a bike run . . . or falter. Veteran technician Tracy Martin explains the principles behind motorcycle electrical systems and how they work. He details the various tools, such as multimeters and test lights, that can be used to evaluate and troubleshoot any vehicle`s electrical problem. And in several hands-on projects, he takes readers on a guided tour of their vehicle’s electrical system, along the way giving clear, step-by-step instructions for diagnosing specific problems. |

where to i get info of electrical/mechanical engineering components, accessories, sensors, and functions?
hi, I'm not an engineer. i work in a factory which involves hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, manual packaging, cooling systems, furnaces. i would like to automate what i can in the factory to lessen the work load of our workers. i would like to know what i can use for automation of machines for improvements, like limit switches, sensors, delay switches, etc. and there functions. it would help me have an idea for designing, and to know whats possible. thank you.
Go find an engineer specializing in Process Control. There are two pitfalls in automation in particular that need to be addressed. One is the safety of the personnel and the other is the safe operation of the machinery. The first necessity is obvious, but the second involves making sure that there are no automatic situations in which the equipment can damage itselt. As an example of this, imagine having a thermostatically controlled heater on a container of liquid. Imagine that the container is accidentally empty. Will the heater be sufficiently smart that it does not overheat the container, being unable to sense the temperature inside it? Could happen if it weren't designed right. I guess I'm trying to suggest that there is much more than just picking stuff out of catalogs.
