First, chech to see if there is any oil in the car. Check oil level using dip stick. If there is oil, and the correct amount of oil(too much can be worse than too little) how is the car running? If running well, what is smoke like? Does it smell like coolant? Oil? Sulphur? If the car just smoked on start-up right after oil change, it may have been flooded. They start'm and run them a very short time, can cause temporary smoking. If car smokes for a long period, or if the temperature goes up, don't drive it. Have it towed to a mechanic, pay the tow and diagnosis, and if it was the oil change place's fault, tell them after it's been diagnosed.

2002 FORD MONDEO DIESEL OIL IN WATER TANK STRUGGLES STARTING?

Takes a minor bump before it starts is it because the head is on its way or the battery. There is oil in the radiator but no mucky mayo in the engine.
Theres no mixture of water in the oil within the engine. And the car uses no oil or water it doesnt go down. However there is signs of oil in the water expansion tank. We have found that after starting the car for a while the water pump does'nt kick in straight until the temperature goes to the middle.
