Rocker Valve Shaft

Timing Settings for Daewoo Nubira 1.6 2001?

I have a daewoo engine ( gm motors ) and i cannot find the timing settings as i have had to replace the camshafts on it. I have an online manual that tells me to use the timing alignment notches on the rocker cover but there are not any on it, the engine has a spring loaded belt tensioner, is a 16 valve, the pulleys have only one mark on each, ( one for exhaus the other for intake ) however they are exactly the same. these are not the interchangeable pulleys with two marks on each. Any information regarding where these notches are or the proper angles for each shaft would be more useful. I have plenty experience in mechanics but as far have never come across this problem and cant find the timing angles on the internet.

My engine design has 1 crank , 0 cam shaft , o rocker , four long steam valve ,head like 2 stroke .The cam fitted in both end crank shaft will do it all, 2 connecting rod sliding joint in 1 journal 100% opposite direction same lining.Its not only boxer or subaru type its previously beetle & varient type 60 ies.
Can make 2 stroke for poor people & fun loving people too.
