Spark Plug Hole

motor in my 1990 gsxr has a stripped spark plug hole any quick fixes without taking off head?

Well, there IS a quick and dirty (though not correct) way of doing it.
No guarantees on this method, though.
You still might not stop all of the metal chips from going down into the combustion chamber.
On the cylinder in question, bring it to TDC (Top Dead Center) with intake valve closed, exhaust valve open.
With an air compressor, pump a steady stream of air through the tail pipe, causing it to exit the spark plug hole. This is to help blow out any chips through the hole.
Drill and tap (someone holding the nozzle of a running shop vacuum at the plug hole while you're doing this won't hurt).
I don't care for Helicoils. They're fine for a stud to screw into, that won't come out again.
But something like an oil drain plug, or a spark plug that's removed and replaced, the Helicoil tends to start uncoil over time.

It's a ford focus 2004 2.0 SE

It should be if you still have warranty on that 5 year old car.
