Top Overhaul Piston

Will heads from a '91 vortec 350 engine fit on my '75 block? if so will I have problems with valve clearance?

I have bored the motor on the ('75) 40thou and put on flat top pistons. sadly I kept and used the valves when I overhauled the original motor and found that i needed new heads. friend is gonna give me the vortec heads if they fit

Is this a Blow by engine? The mechanic told me my engine is already blown.?

A mechanic has said i have a Blow-by engine.
He tested this by turning my engine on, and
opening the oil cover(the one you remove on top of the
engine when you put oil in it). Then i see that oil
spitting out off that.

He said that the piston rings are worn out, the piston
pushes oil from the bottom up, and the oil by passes the
rings and all of that.

How can i fix this? Is this already an overhaul of the engine,
or is there maybe a minor thing causing this?
Btw, my car is a ae92 toyota corolla. 4afe engine. 1.6 valve.

well, there oil dripping on the right side of the engine (right wheel), its probably comming out of the timing belt or something, i put a Liter of oil a week just so it wont run out of oik

STOP, get a second opinion. if you are running an engine with the valve cover off, a little oil will always splash out. did he run a compression test to see how well the cylinders were developing pressure , or did he do a cylinder leak down test to see where the air was going? i doubt it. i think that he is trying to make a fool out of you.
