Antennae Coax

Can I use an OTA directional antenna using the same coax wiring I currently have with my DirectTV antenna?
I prefer NOT to use the Terk-brand antennas which are installed above the Satellite Dishes. I prefer to use a large directional antenna but connect the same wiring throughout the house.
you can use a diplexer or signal combiner.
it resembles a splitter, you run a line from your ant. into the uhf/vhf side then a line from your sat into the other.it combines the signals on one wire.then at the tv you use a second diplexer to split them back out.i work for dish so i cannot speak for direct tv,but our tuners have a sat port and a ant. port.if you need to go to multiple tv's you would put your ant. into a splitter first then the diplexer(S)

Ham Radio—Homebrew Antenna/Coax Switch: Part 1
TV Coax Antenna to a CB Radio?
I have a Old "Roof Based" TV antenna and a "Vehicle Based" CB Radio the TV antenna is a Coaxial Cable. Is there a converter for the Coax sizes? I'm not sure what the amp is for the CB but I would imagine it to be 50, which if I understand what I have been reading to be right, is the standard for CB Radios. I have no clue what the TV Antenna would be.
the antenna is the important thing here. It must be cut to the frequency that you want to use.
feed line (coax cable) is not important. TV coax is 75 ohm, CB/Ham coax is 50 ohm. The big problem here is coaxial cable connectors. Since this is for CB, you probably have "PL-259 (UHF Connectors) on each end. Making good connection using TV cable is hard to do, the wire braid on the cable is steel. On 50 ohm it is copper.
Copper is easier to solder! YOU REALLY MUST SOLDER BOTH ENDS if you do not want problems later.
If you can make a good connection, there is no reason why you cannot use TV (75ohm) cable on CB. The ONLY issue would the SWR would be an automatic 1.5:1... but every ham worth his salt knows that anything under 3:1 is satisfactory.
I use a lot of RG-6 on my VHF/UHF antennas especially on packet radio/APRS
