Will a local junkyard take my car for free?
I got a 91 Toyota mr2 that I scrapped parts off. I'm taking out the engine and trans, along with suspension. No rear tires. I stripped the interior and a couple of wiring harnesses retains a steering wheel with airbag, interior carpeting, and seats, drivers side door panel, heater core, dash harness.. windshield is cracked but all other glass including t-tops are fine. mr2s are rare so they'll be sought after a bit more. no tailights
Well when my sister crashed her Mr2 she called junk yards and one offered her $300 and a free tow but thats in Ohio call around look for deals

car is leaking help?
everytime it rains i notice my passenger and drivers side carpets get soaked it would leave a trail from under where my door panel and car meet does that make sense lol i thought it had something to do with having new speakers being put in that werent installed right or the door panel wasent put back on right or something wasent right?. This is when the leaking started after my speakers were put in . even my cars dealership could not find this leak so after a week of it in the shop i get my car back and wash it only to watch it leak again in at the bottom of my car door into the car and onto the carpet. is it possable that when the stareo place installed my speakers they did something to my doors that could be making it leak now ? and if so how could i take action or get some kind of justice but to top it off i have a amp and sub in my trunk and they did not bolt my amp down theres holes but no screws so it slides all over the trunk so does my sub can the leak hurt my speakers ?
Check all of the seals around the door, they may have ripped one or just taken it off all together. Try not to get any of your stereo wet this will cause a short and may damage your stuff or harm you.
And if you cant get to bolt down you amp and sub at least put some Velcro down.
