Does anyone know of a German history expert or professor?

I need to identify a German medal. It is nonmilitary and apparently very rare. Link is below:

A local German memorabilia buff has never seen it and cannot locate it in any catalog, and several auctioneers have been uncertain as well. Please, If anyone knows if an expert in WW1-WW2 German history, let me know.

you gave the translate link of the mainframe of the website. no particular medal. on the left side there are medals, each explained, so you just need to translate also what you want to know about it. They don`t find it, because no ww2 medals on that site. As you can read "On this side you find all worth knowing to the portable medals and decorations lent today by the Federal Republic of Germany." And the cross of iron is well known. other medals on that side are nonmilitary (as you recognized) and mostly pre-ww1.
Just show a picture of the medal from that site and i will tell what it is.

Rare EP Tracks 1961-1991 $11.99 Cliff Richard's fiftieth anniversary celebrations saw some remarkable releases brought together, although this one was surely one of the least interesting -- despite its title holding out a lot of promise. Collectors and fans, after all, will already have gathered together the majority of Richard's Extended Play material across a wealth of other discs, not least of all the See for Miles EP compilations in the early '90s. This package is very much a poor echo of those sets, all the more so since anybody drawn in by the promise of material from 1991 will be disappointed to find the set petering out into Christmas songs and show tunes -- at the expense of far more deserving material from the other end of the chronological span. A handful of oddities do include an alternate take of "It's Wonderful to Be Young," and the lesser fabled English-language versions of "Frenesi" and "Perhaps Perhaps Perhaps."
