my car is making really weird sounds?

when i took it to the shop they said my tie rods were starting to wear but theres no play in the stering wheel ,.when i get to around 35 mph my car vibrates pretty hard for a sec than stops but it makes a winding sound like something tighting up but when i turn to the left it stops making noise completly i have to drive to cleveland tonight which is around 118 miles can i make it?

Do yourself and everyone else a favor and rent a car to drive; get your current one repaired so you can drive it next time. Rentals cost some but a heck of a lot less than losing control of a car when something fails. If it is shaking at 35 then you have a part failing, which will break and throw the car out of control. Look at it this way: suppose you take your car, it breaks, and away you go into oncoming traffic at 60 mph; would you then give a hundred bucks to get out of the situation? A rental is less than a hundred bucks. And they won't kill anyone.

i have a back Wheel-drive lawnmower and cannot get the back tire off ,what do i do to take it off ???????????

Borrow or buy some motorcycle tire levers, get one under the rim and gentle hammer it round until it pops off, do the same with both sides. Get a friend to hold the rim while you do it and if it's still stubborn use washing up liquid to lube it up. I once got a tractor tire off by immersing it in hot water in my bath.
