How can I get a set of construction drawings for a Kentucky's fried chicken restaurant?

I need the foundation plan, floor plan, all elevation plans ,roof plan,equipment plan,electrical plan,airconddition plan,plumbing plan.

I think when you buy the franchise rights for your area, you can get the drawings.
