The most important thing in this problem is that block C is hanging in place, which means the force exerted on it through the rope is exactly equal to the force exerted on it by gravity. It also means block B is not moving either because block C would be rising if it were.

Assuming we don't have to worry about friction, finding the weight of block C means finding the amount of force that's holding it back. Since gravity acts only in the vertical direction, the fact that there's no friction to stop block A from sliding means block B is holding block C up on its own. We can ignore block A for the purpose of this calculation.

Since block B is on a ramp, the force exerted on it by gravity will be mg*cos(θ) = Weight * cos(θ) = 25cos(36.9)--your book should give you a diagram that tells you why. That's the amount of force it takes to hold block C in place, so it must also be the block's weight.
