Rotax 912 Lead pollution?

Hi, what causes the pollution in Rotax 912 many people says that these engines are made to burn automotive gas 91 octane and not 100LL.

The other option is Continental O-200 or Lycoming 235 but i don't know if these engines can operate with mogas.

Any fuel that contains lead additives will produce lead pollution. Aviation gasoline still contains lead, so it still causes lead pollution.
